Is it up yet? I can't find it by searching Schwinn World Sport or Schwinn fixed.
Tough to say for portland. I'd probably ask $300 in fixed config, $450 in road config. Unless those road bits are really fancy then maybe more. And be willing to accept $75 less than asking to sell it quickly.
