Might be too big. Not sure. It'll be close, probably. A little bit more than you wanted to pay, but also nicer than what you've posted. That's a big fork for the bike though. Just check to make sure everything's in good condition and nothing's cracked or the fork's not blown, and ride it to make sure the geometry's not whacked out from the fork.
