I borrowed a cap tool from a teammate, running into a problem I do not understand.
I opened the cap, replaced the batteries with new ones, reinstalled the battery pack and relubed the O-Ring. After all of this I'm trying to re sync the wheel with my Garmin 500 and I'm getting nothing. I've taken the wheel apart 4 times and do not see anything wrong. The electronic connector is perpendicular to the hub as the How-To notes. Is there something not mentioned on the site or somewhere else that you need to do to get the unit to connect?
