Hard for me to tell from the pictures but it looks to be older than 86. If it is your size and has no rust or dents, $200 for a steel Trek in good shape with good components is a great deal for an end user.
Check out this site
http://www.vintage-trek.com/model_numbers1.htm and see if you can match it. Ask the seller if there is a tubing sticker on the seat tube.
Oh and I would hurry...buy first ask questions later. My guess is the bike won't last long at that price with Dura Ace.
