Chain should be on large chain ring and smallest cog on your cluster.
I believe if in the US, your crank should be level with your chain stain (as close as possible) In Japan the norm is in line with your seat tube.
Your valves should be in line with the ground ie. symetrical.
Most of all your wheel set should be on my bike.
