Doctor appointment went great. Xrays are showing bone growth all along the vertebrae and my doctor cleared me for riding outside.. But he said to take it easy and listen to my back. I went riding that very afternoon and did 19 miles. I was pretty sore after that, but it sure felt great to be out on my bike again!
