thought it was close to optimal, but since recently switching to new shoes I haven't felt like I've been able to nail it down - until I went through this process. The process only takes a few minutes, so it's not really "going through" much. I'm not tying to solve anything anymore, but I'm posting this information and asking if others agree with it, have tried it, or have heard it suggested previously.
