Just got off the phone with Tony at IRO. The reason why communication is lacking is because they're closed until March 1st.

Anyways, I told him everything that happened and he said the reason they sent the Origin8 parts and the Kalin parts is because they were out of the IRO parts. They're scrambling to get back in stock but don't have a firm date set yet for when they'll receive it.

In the meantime, he said I can ride it and keep in touch with them, and once they have parts back in stock, they can send me out replacements.

Of course, it would've been great if we had known all of this beforehand, but it's good that they're willing to correct things to match a customer's expectations.
