I'm actually a fan of Kwests, I've been using them for a couple of years on 3 bikes with no flats. We don't have any native thorn plants in this area that might cause problems, but I have a lot of glass and road debris on my commute.
The Kendas are pretty heavy, but I prefer them to the Panaracer Paselas that I have on some other bikes. I'd be curious to know how the Vittoria Randonneurs fare.
