I disagree. Brake pads are universal and should work with any aluminum rim. A mounting bolt for a brake caliper is frame/fork specific. Is the seller supposed to supply a bolt for every bike ever made? I wouldn't expect this.
Well, the buyer probably assumed the bolt(s) would be the right size for a CAAD9 based on the description...
