My bike has arrived at the LBS, but my sales guy is gone...
Gone as in no longer employed at that shop. I'm not exactly sure why, but I was given the impression that he was canned for something or other. Anyhoo.... We had a deal worked out where he'd knock $300 off the $3500 bike, give me $500 trade-in on my current ride, $400 for the Fulcrum wheels that come with it and I don't want, and about $75 or so for the stock Toupé saddle. The shop seems to have something else in mind that would probably involve my spending more $$$ out of pocket..... so the question is:
Would I be a total doüche to walk if they don't honor the fired employee's offer? In my brief conversation with the replacement sales guy (who transferred from another one of their stores), it seems to me that my sales guy may have been caught in some questionable sales practices that my deal may or may not have been apart of.
