Seriously? I'm not a chemistry student and I'm pretty sure the bomb contained highly enriched Uranium 235...which is pretty different from the low-enriched Uranium Japan is using over there.

A lot of the radioactive material will end up in the ocean, however, thanks to the ocean current, all of those radioactive materials will be travelling around the world and would messed up the pH level very slightly. Food web would be affected, planktons will be tainted. I don't know how much radioactive materials are leaked though.

Overall, don't worry about acid rain over in California, but you should worry about the Pacific Plate moving into the N. American Plate and tripping off the San Andreas fault.
