Some of those components are alright, but beware of missing pieces, like the rear derailleur upper (mounting) bolt. The lugs and crown are still a little cheesy, but if you can measure the OD of the seatpost you can get a better handle on the tubing quality (bu I don't see it in your pics).
Are the rims aluminum or steel?
