your "go to" touring handlebar

Hey folks! New here. Hoping to do my first tour this summer if conditions allow.

I assumed this topic has been brought up before so I politely searched the forums first. However, by the fifth page I was really sick seeing "handlebar bag thread" after "handlebar bag thread," so I thought I might as well just start a new thread.

What's your favorite or "go to" handlebar for touring. I'm interested in hearing what you guys are using as a fav. Currently I'm commuting everyday with salsa woodchippers and they're OK but the wide drops flatten me out more than I prefer. I have considered a flat(ish) bar but I use friction shifters. I've been eyeing up both the nitto noodles and the nitto randonneurs. Velo orange makes some nice copies of these too, for cheap. So what do you guys like?
