You betcha, murraylove! The Campy brifters have a smaller diameter "barrel" on the end of their shift cables than do Shimano (or anyone else, for that matter). You can very tediously file down a standard cable to fit, but after doing so, you'll be willing to buy the Campy shift cables next time! Brake cables are interchangeable. Casings & caps are also interchangeable for both shift and brake systems.
