add a thread on to 6 bolt disc adapter, thinned down to align with ISO caliper..

Long-tail, i'd think a hydraulic disc a better choice, given the distance between hand lever and caliper.

My fork has disc tabs on it, so now would be the time to work this out. I'll definitely inquire about it. I've never had disc brakes, so this is a new area for me.
