my glasses fogged when i stopped so I kept them further from my face. he airflow from biking cleared them. when i stopped for lights I wiped the inside and actually took them off, wiped my face then put them on just before taking off. wipe the outside while your riding with the backside of your hand by the thumb. that part of good gloves is made for that purpose, or wiping sweat from your brow
