The SFVBC #1 and #2 rides often have riders who hold about that pace. They're usually beginners or spouses of riders doing the longer rides, so they're social and have no reason to hurry themselves... on the bike or at the rest stops We're actually blessed over here to have such a huge recreational club that caters to everyone from the t-shirt clad, hybrid riding neophyte to the Cat 2 racer.
