My experience is that I can do better on a mid level frame like the OP by making it a complete bike, as long as I have a donor. I typically have a few donors around, awaiting the need. Build it up with 7 speed 105 or similar, and someone will snap it up at a pretty solid price.

Here in Hooterville, frames are at give away prices. So its fleabay, or keep it waiting for a donor. Your market is much better obviously.
