My office building has bike parking inside the loading dock. There are security cameras 24/7 and a security guard during work hours. The big garage door to outside is usually closed. I do still lock my bike to the rack, although I just lock the frame and don't go through all the hassle of locking my wheels.
similar, except people can be *******s and i usually take the extra fifteen seconds because i like my wheels. i leave my knogs on though most of the time, which is dumb because i'm basically asking for an excuse to buy the new USB charge ones.
