Derailleur Hanger Replacement

Hello, my name is Ovidiu and i'm from Romania. This winter i bought a trekking bike for commuting and 1 month ago i had an accident. I didn't get injured but my bike wasn't so lucky. My derailleur hanger was bent and i needed a replacement so i bought 2 from bicyclederailleurhanger.com. They don't fit and i can't send them back (stupid post office taxes). I don't know where i can get a hanger that actually fits . The problem is that here in Romania only known brands import hangers(Cube,Merida,Scott,Giant) and customer service sucks so no one can get me the replacement hanger, i have to find it myself. I can't find a web page, email adress, nothing about my frame or where to find a replacement hanger. Can anyone help?
Frame: Torpedo Tasman (Made in Germany)

P.S. My hanger looks exactly the same (that's why i bought this one obviously) but i can't get the screws in because the holes don't align, one has a small eccentricity and the other is nowhere
