You can buy a longer seat post with more set back. You can also purchase a different stem.
Without knowing your area you can try Craigslist, pawn shops, coops, auctions and LBS that sell used and pick up something more suitable for not a lot of $$$. You can also ask mom & dad to help out as an early christmas/birthday present.
