If you can't find it from another source, these people will machine a new hanger based on a photo and/or outline drawing (including a ruler in the photo, for scale, might be a good idea):

But doing the same with a small machine shop in your own home country is probably the most economic, viable solution. I'm lucky enough to have a LBS here that has a small machine shop on the side and makes many parts on request, from desperate people.
