There was a thread posted 4 days ago about the C&O being flooded. That was the day I started on the trail, and I guess most of the water has receded. There was one hiker/biker campsite that was still too wet. I can't remember the name, but it was the first one down-river from Big Woods campsite. There were 2 trees down and covering the trail but I just lugged the bike over or around.
