bag for front rack

I purchased my n+1 back in Feb. with a lot of help from all of you. It is a Salsa Casserole and I'm lovin it. Here in the Northeast, where it still spits snow and you need to either wear too much or be prepared to shed it and put it somewhere, then put it back on coming home the bag/luggage issue is important for daily rides. I've always used rear bags on a rack or on one of those Topeak racks. The Casserole has a small front rack ( there's a name for it but.....) and I'd like to get a bag for it. I like the idea of a moderate size bag up front, believe that it would balance well and am into the look. I'm put off a little by a handlebar bag as it just seems like too much to do up there given cables for brakes, brifters, reflectors, bells etc. I'd like to make use of the front rack but when I look on line there are those groovy british bags that cost 2-300 dollars or more. Can't do that. Any suggestions?
