Alpine Loop combined with Suncrest and LCC comprise the bulk of one of the climbing stages of the Tour of Utah. Touted the toughest stage race in the US.
Alpine Loop and Suncrest are two of my more favorite rides with decent climbing. Also Payson Canyon (aka S. Canyon Rd or Nebo Loop Rd) has some challenging sections. Mill Creek isn't bad for an "in town" climb with little traffic.
