Yeah, I think it sounds pretty nice. I was looking at getting a JrT for an urban assault bike and these guys gave me crap too.
Personally my perspective was that I worry enough that I suck I don't need to worry about compensating for my bike sucking. So a nice fork with lot's of travel can make up for my mishaps and weighing 210 didn't seem such a bad idea for a DC either.
