Drivetrain still NOISY after chainging new parts (Video)

New chainrings, cassette, chain, but there is still NOISE from my drivetrain!

Sram Rival chainrings, Sram Force cassette, Sram Force RD, KMC X10SL chain.

I'm using Rock Lube Absolute Dry. It was noisier with the old parts, quieter now but not silent like my Shimano drivetrain. I can't imagine it's the lube causing the noise as I use it on other bikes as well.

Shifting is fine, and the RD alignment looks good. The noise seems to be emanating from the bottom pulleys engaging the chain, but the pulley does not look worn out. The RD has only about a 1k miles on it.
