I'll tell you what...if you get them and absolutely hate them, I'll let you return them.
Hills or not, the Kilo is a better bike than the Gravity (im my opinion) - even for a hundred or so bucks more. It's probably pretty close value/quality-wise to the SST-AL. It really only depends on if you prefer steel or aluminum.
