I've been having a lot of pain in my hand/wrist and believe a handlebar adjustment can help me out.

there are three allen bolts, 2 on the side and 1 on the top. And there is one very large "nut". I assume the nut controls the height while the bolts control the angle?
Thing is, I don't have a wrench anywhere near that big, will I need to buy one is there some other way of going about this?
