the insulated water bottles work amazing. i don't know how they do it, but i have an aluminum bottle and a insulated one. i drink the aluminum one first, because it gets hot so quickly, then near the end of my ride, i reach for the insulated one, and its still cool, even 45-1 hour later. they work great, get one!
