My wife just eats better than me. I'm starting to take on her eating habits (though we did go and have some Houlihan's last night, a totally unhealthy dinner, first time in months), so hopefully I'll start to notice a change for the better.
That's cool Ron about your being able to keep your weight down for good. I'd love to be back at 180 or so again.
Starting next week my wife will be biking with me, her's is on order.
