Colleen, thanks for the beam shots. To my eyes, it looks like the BR4 has a wider-angle beam then either of the MSs. Is this true?
Socalrider - I have read the BR4 uses XPG, which is what DX specs state for the MS872:

Looks to be much the same light as BR4, minus the accessories. BR4 is probably as good a deal once accessory costs are added to the DX MS872 price, plus dealing with a US seller.
