Agree that it's probably not stolen. I don't think the average bike thief is going to take the time to ebay it. Could be wrong but I would think pawn shop or CL would be more likely for a hot bike.
My biggest concern is the repetition of "no returns". Carbon fiber and being adamant about no returns would be red flags for me. I would suspect a crash and the possibility of a cracked CF fork or some such.
