It's a known fact that a fine Belgian Ale is the best recovery drink. I put that into practice Saturday evening. And I may just do it again this Saturday at some massive beer festival in Boston.
Regarding Medfield, it's a great riding town as well. I usually end up there on some of my longer rides.
