UPDATE: Turbo Centurion Rebuid
I have learned so much in the few days I have been on Bikeforums. Links to great info sources like Sheldon Brown who has owned Centurions. My bike it turns out was built in 1984 and the model line was produced only 2 years. An odd bit about the serial number (4G13505) that it does not begin with "N" like most of this brand. Not clear what that means. The picture I'm getting is that the frame is really good steel and well built (strong for it's weight). Probably built by Panasonic because of their quality and great paint (compared to some that were produced in Italy).
My goal is to economically return this bike to original. Still worried about finding a few missing original parts in good condition at a reasonable price. Also looking for the tools and instruction I'll require to pull this off. I'll update again on next significant progress.
Thanks to all who have contributed so far.
