I hit 220 before coming down with colon cancer. Got down to 182 a year after surgeries, chemos, and a lot of riding. Drifted back up to 195 now, which is OK. When I got down to 182, people were wondering if my cancer was back. But at that point I was the fastest on the bike I've ever been. My average speed is directly related to my weight.
