Aaron,

Look for a saddle that is as wide in the rear as the B-17/Professional. I believe the extra width and support that it gives relates to the comfort for long rides. I also second something that is unpadded and leather. Here is a link to a Mandarin B-17 @ Bells...lol. You could also do a brown or homey and still get away with it looking good IMO
