The Concor/Regal type of saddles from San Marco either fits you or not, but anything less than a good fit will most likely be a painful compromise after some miles on them. That's why when it does not work out for most, The Selle Italia Turbo is the second choice. as it has more padding, and a wider, and I think, more flexible shell that will accomodate more sit bone widths and posterior shapes. I would think the next choice after the turbo is the Rolls, with just a bit more padding, but similar shell shape to the Turbo. After that, you might consider one of those "gel" padded Turbo saddles, although you start to incur a weight penalty and most were covered in lycra and/or Kevlar material, rarely in leather, if ever.
