My legs feel they have recovered today so as long as my wife doesn't have anything planned for me (because they do those type of things) I should be out on the road by 6:30pm for 5-10 miles depending on how well I feel after the first 5 miles. I've been drinking extra water today to make sure I am hydrated (plus its 88 degrees at my desk at work)
