my coworker has one and she loves it!!we commute together to catch the train, it has 6 speeds but it's really like having only 3(maybe because she bought it with 16"wheel, but you have the option to buy it in a different size wheel) it is not hard to ride on it or pedal it, on the contrary it is very smooth, they don't include the rack anymore because they charge you extra for it, but if it is necesary for you,i would advise you to put a bigger one or a basket,since you will be shopping then you probably would need something to hold your things because the rack is not that big, the bike itself is like 29lbs(i am 130lbs and it's just a little heavy for me, i ride a folding atala 20" wheel and i feel mine lighter)
