I used my recently discovered 8 mile course, doing it twice this morning. I stopped by the house to unload some coffee & water, but got back onto the saddle and continued.... I was a man on a mission!
Imagine my surprise when I found the last 7 miles of my 16 to feel almost effortless(?). It was easy, the last 4 miles were 'fun', and with power to spare!?!
