I'm 6' 4" and I'm most comfortable on a 61cm frame with a long stem. Interestingly, my wife's inseam is less than an inch shorter than mine, even though she's 5' 10". We don't have to change the seat adjustment in the car when we trade driving duties, but the mirrors get a workout.
