It is a project. The non drive side photo does not help. These had decent rims, a good component set, half step gearing and of course the twin plate round fork blade front end. Even with the dead looking chain, it could find a home for $150. but it would take a while... this is one of those bikes that needs saving from single speed conversion, they had higher bottom brackets than European bikes of the time, in rattle can satin black, most of the components sold off it would make a decent fixed, and with a cool fork, for little out of pocket or small profit exclusive of time.
