I would not say they are rare. older lugged MTBs are enjoying a bit of a comeback for use as commuters, and tourers. depending wether this has a ChroMoly frame and fork is what will really matter. it does look like it will need a good cleaning and tuneup to attrack a buyer. the orange chain really makes it look like a bike that needs alot of work so interest will be low
