For most modern carbon frame, there's a hole right underneath the Bottom Bracket area where you can put the cable through and it comes back up right behind the seat tube. I was just wondering, is it possible to do that internal cable routing without removing my crankset.

Have you really looked at the current setup on your bike? There is tiny hole in the bottom of most BBs for drainage, and also a plastic guide piece that might go up through the frame, then come out behind the BB between the space behind the tube and wheel itself.

Follow the current setup, bikes are different, but mine has a plastic adapter that attached under the BB, the cables go under the BB that up behind the seat tube in the space between the tire/wheel and seat tube to then route to the FD.
