I am not an expert by any stretch but I think so too, based on what I could find on "Tubi Rinnorzati Formula Two Bianchi" - (Columbus made tubing to Bianchi's specification.)
Suntour Sprint puts it above the Cyclone on my CdI.
The "Campione del Mundo 1986-7" puts it in the right time frame based on what I was told about my own Bianchi.
PS - Bikemanbob - Unfortunately this bike is only worth $13 - but being the generous soul, I'll give you the $50 I saved on the Raleigh today.
