The key words on the tubing grade are right below the 012 "Hi tension steel"

Based on claw RD hanger, stem shifters, steel rims, steel handlebars, steel seat post, and other features, hi ten steel would have been my guess. Entry level bike.

Bike appears to be in great shape. A little clean up and it will be ready for its next home.

What model RD do you have on that bike? If it is VGT, I might be tempted to remove it. Bike around here would not bring a lot. I tend to use high ten steel bikes as donors if the parts are decent, or resell them as projects if the parts are rock bottom.
