YOUR BIKE IS SWEET. I LIKE HOW YOU SAVED IT FROM AN UNCERTAN FUTURE TO BE A VALUABLE PARTNER IN MANY A LONG AND PLEASANT RIDE!
PLEASE TELL US THE BRAND, THE COMPONENTS ...ECT...
IS THE FRAME LUGGED OR TIG WELDED
ALUMINIUM OR STEEL FRAME?
WHAT KIND SHOCK FORK?
good luck!

WHAT MODEL SHIFTERS?
TIRES , RIMS
WHAT CHAIN DID YOU BUY?

It has a steel frame, which is quite heavy, but it gives you a real workout (I'm not sure about the welding). The shifters are Shimano (Malaysia) w/ no model. I forgot the brand of chain, just that it's lightweight or something. I bought the replacement parts from my brother-in-law's bike shop, where you can get good quality (though brandless) parts. Most of them are from Japan, China and Taiwan. There's a shop here that sells all-original parts but they can get quite expensive.
