Don't forget dehydration as a source of hunger. Most dehydration is actually masked as hunger. Make sure you are drinking enough water.

I personally don't think its too much fruit. I try to get 3-4 pieces of raw fruit a day and 3-4 raw veggies. When I do I feel better. Plus I think 5 peices of fruit beats a candy bar or two.
